1. Can we request a copy of the barangay development plan and annual investment plan from our LGU?
2. Can we request a copy of the official budget of our barangay from our LGU?

You asked for Barangay Development Plan and Annual Investment Plan.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of  the reply-letter signed by our Regional Director. DBM-NCR.  Please see attached file  hereof.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to  Ms. Janice F. Pineda,
