Thank you for your request dated Jul 21, 2017 08:44:39 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for PDEA Perfomance-Based Bonus Fund.

The grant of FY 2016 PBB to PDEA is currently being validated by validating offices in accordance with Section 11.0 of Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 2016-1 dated May 12, 2016. It is to be noted that the agency submitted the Unified Reporting System (URS) generated hardcopy of its FY 2016 Budget and Financial Accountability Reports (BFARs) as of December 31, 2016, as required under Section 4.5 of Circular Letter No. 2016-11 dated December 16, 2016, on July 19, 2017 for validation of financial accomplishments. 

Please coordinate with your PBB focal person for status of the agency’s compliance with the said MC.

Your FOI request is approved.
