Good day. I would like to inquire if TLB claims for the payment of proportionate share of the National Government for a certain Matilde S. Sombilon, devolved Midwife in the LGU of Pontevedra, Capiz, has been submitted and processed with the DBM upon her retirement effective January 31, 2003. Records could not be found to support if payment of the proportionate share from the National Govt. has been made and said retiree alleges to have not received payment of said benefit as itemized in the attached document. Thank you very much.
