I would like to officially obtain a status report on the employment of an individual with a certain name of RON CYREL ELIJAH purportedly working with the DFA based in the Toronto Canada. This would hopefully include, his official designation, salary grade, agency or branch he is currently assigned with.

Your Request

You asked for Official employment status of an individual with the DFA.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. Based on the records of the Department of Foreign Affairs Personnel Information Database System(PIDS), a certain “Ron Cyrel Elijah” is not an employee nor connected with the Philippine Consulate General in Toronto, Canada. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to oscr.div2@dfa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
