I would like to request for the Memorandum of Undertaking involving Military Defense Corp. between the Philippine Republic and Israel. I do not have the exact details of the same for it came to my knowledge only by piecemeal. I am doing a research on military capabilities and all efforts done by the government to attain the same. The disclosure of this public document, which I believe is all generally couched will greatly help my concept and reference.

Your favorable response is much appreciated.

Thank you.
