HI Department of Finance,

Your agency claimed that the TRAIN's impact on total inflation is 0.4% out of 4.6%. I picked this up on social media such as Twitter (https://twitter.com/dof_ph/status/1001066518828929025) and FB as well as in other news outlets.

May I ask how the agency came up with such estimate? Is there an existing study on this? If yes, may I request for the study detailing the methodology, assumptions, dataset, and estimation techniques used to come up with the result of 0.4%. The purpose is for education and learning. Thank you! :)
