Good morning

I would like to ask for help to update my vaccination certificate . I had 3 vaccines. But no record of 2nd vaccine on vaxcert . I emailed last sept 2022 and this Jan 2023 included all my scanned vaxcard ,But it still “ OPEN” and “IN progress” when I tracked the reference “ 1670152”.  The hotline is always busy. 
Please help to update this as this required to working abroad.my flight is on Jan 28

You asked for Vaccination certificate update.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
If you want, you may kindly coordinate with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. 
In the meantime that we are experiencing Technical Issues on our VaxCertPH portal, kindly refer to the attached DOH Memorandum Circular for other options.
