i would like to request if there is any available data  that categorizes classification of severity of covid19 cases for mild, moderate, and severe cases.

with the following data or according to:
- Pulse Rate
- Respiratory Rate
- Temperature 
- Oxygen Saturation

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that the DOH Epidemiology Bureau does not collect the specific data that you are requesting.
