Hi! Iost my vaccination card. I'm fully vaccinated and had a 1st booster. I needed it for immigration purposes but I lost it and I don't have a copy of it.  I got my vaccination (1st and 2nd) at Hizon Elementary School in Davao last September 10, 2021 and October 1, 2021 respectively.  As for my 1st booster, I got it last March 9, 2022 in People's Park, Davao.  I already had my vaccination certificate with Certificate ID: 296948410, but I don't know if the immigration will accept it.  Thank you!

vaccination as their office shall verify your record
prior to the issuance of a new vaccination card.
