I would like to know if there are donations given by pharmaceutical companies like pfizer to the LGUs

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the data you are requesting and we request you directly coordinate with the each LGU for this data
