Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of Department Circular No. 70 s. 1996 of the information you requested and this policy is still being enforced on the Records Retention of Medical Records in all Hospitals. You may contact the DOH Health Facility Development Bureau (HFDB) for more information.
Your right to request a review
