While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that the DOH Epidemiology Bureau does not collect the requested information. All data collected are posted in the Philippine Health Statistics and FHSIS Annual Reports at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials
