Hi!!! I would like to follow up my Vaxcert with reference number 1425059 Lgu Pasay, It almost 1 month before i request but suddenly they not found my 1 doze and 2nd doze vaccine for my Vaxcert, NAIA Terminal 4 is the vaccination place that i take vaccine last june 16 and july 14 2021.Its Urgent because this is only the lacking document before being travel ready .

Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
