Good day.

I would like to request for the annual number of newly identified HIV cases in Davao City from 2010-2017. 

I would also like to ask for the demographic profile  of the patients (HIV cases in Davao City from 2010-2017) specifically:
    1. age
    2. gender
    3. address
    4. marital status
    5. pregnancy status
    6. mode of infection and 
    7. educational level

The information provided will be used to generate a forecast of HIV prevalence in Davao City, which will aid in providing an appropriate, efficient, and timely implementation of HIV prevention activities.

Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because upon endorsement of this request to the DOH Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB), we were advised to endorse this request to the Epidemiology Bureau - HIV Unit to facilitate this request.

Your FOI request is approved. Please be advised  to contact the Davao Center for Health Development directly via email address resu_doh11@yahoo.com.ph. The release of city, provincial and regional data on HIV are with the DOH-CHD Regional Director's discretion.
