Your FOI request is approved.  Visit the DOH National Health Facility Registry (NHFR) website at https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph/rfacilities2srch.php. Select the Health Facility type as Barangay Health Stations (BHS) and its region to get the Number of Barangay Health Stations per Municipality.
