Hi, my booster shot is not being reflected in VaxcertPh everytime I tried to print it
 My booster shot was done as follows:

Name: Yu, Neilsen Rae Louise J.
1st booster shot: Antipolo, Dec, 28, 2021. Pfizer (FJB760)

Vaxcert only showed the 1st and 2nd dose and none on the booster shot. You send an update on my email addtess nelany@yahoo.com

You asked for Covid 19 Vaccination Cerificate.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.

For further assistance, you may call the Vax Cert Customer service Hotline. Here are the contact details:

Kindly coordinate also with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. Thank you.
