Your FOI request is approved. May we inform you that the data on ONEISS is can be accessed by visiting:

 https://oneiss.doh.gov.ph/login.php#

 Once you are in the portal, kindly click the "download" tab in the upper right side of the page and choose "fact sheet". However, please note that as of the moment, this office only has quarterly aggregated data from 2009- 2017.

You may also submit an FOI request to the Department of Transportation for further reference on vehicular crash related information at https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests?agency=DOTr
