Response to Request
We are sending you the 2015-2020 Top 10 Leading Causes of Morbidity based on the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) Annual Report. However, we regret to inform you that the FHSIS Unit of the Epidemiology Bureau does not collect data on Teenage Pregnancies. All data being collected by the FHSIS can be found at this link: https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials
