If a Japanese company would like to export vet drugs to the PH, and the drugs contain raw materials sourced from another country or if the Japanese vet drugs are packaged in another country, would it be sufficient to submit a complete set of documents proving registration in Japan (not including documents issued by an organization in another country)? Or should the documents (e.g. COA and GMP from the manufacturer or the raw materials and the packager from the other country) be submitted, too?
