   I would like to have my Vaxcert updated in the system as my 2nd dose is not recorded. I will be needing my Vaxcert because it is one of of my requirements for my work.

Below is my vaccination details:

2nd dose (PFizer): 09/28/2021 (no record)

Response to Request
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
If you want, you may kindly coordinate with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. 
In the meantime that we are experiencing Technical Issues on our VaxCertPH portal, kindly refer to the attached DOH Memorandum Circular for other options.
