Good day po regarding po sa pag update ng vaxcert support hindi po sila nagreresponse regarding sa request nmin ,lampas npo ng 5 days hindi po nila inaayos ang request kami nrn po nacocomplain regarding sa request ng vaxcert pasuyo nmn po yung request nmin request number 1867536
We hope na mgkakaroon po ng maganda response ang request nmin na ito

Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
If you want, you may kindly coordinate with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. 
In the meantime that we are experiencing Technical Issues on our VaxCertPH portal, kindly refer to the attached DOH Memorandum Circular for other options.
