Hi! This is in addition to my FOI request with tracking #DOH#DOH-473865138250. However, I am writing a new request since the DOH FOI advised that additional requests are considered new requests.

I understand that the Field Health Systems Information System (FHSIS) Annual Report gives the number of Human Resources for Health (HRH) hired by local government units (LGUs) with civil service posts and are assigned to primary care facilities. Since the FHSIS Annual Reports are in pdf format, I would like to request for the excel file version of the number of HRH per province in 2017.
