Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. The HIV reports are posted at the DOH website at https://www.doh.gov.ph/statistics

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as the data that we can disclose are the published reports in the DOH website.  However, for city-specific data, the data requested will still be subject for approval by the DOH Center for Health Development. You may opt to give the visit the DOH of regional directory (https://www.doh.gov.ph/regional-office-directory) for reference.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Lilibeth C. David, Chair of Data Governance Oversight Committee/ DOH Central Appeals and Review Committee.
