Our department is currently conducting a legal research about the relevance of anti-dummy law in engaging with management agreements,
With this, I would like to request for a copy of DOJ Opinion No. 14, series of 1997 ("Whether Orchard Gold and Country Club, Inc., a Phil. Corporation, can legally enter into a "Management Agreement" with Club Corporation of America (Singapore) PTE., Ltd., a Singaporean entity, without violating the provisions of the Anti-Dummy Act.").
If ever you could give us other opinions which might relate to this, we will deeply appreciate it.
