Hello, my name is Abigail Aquino, and we were diagnosed with Covid 19 in June of last year. Our entire family was affected by this illness, but we were unaware of the available financial aid. Can you tell us how to file it or if it's still possible?

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Good day,

Yes I have already filed for EC Sickness.
I think the website you sent is not working properly, when I visit the site there is no "Apply" button, only "Check Application Status".

Thank you.
