We humbly ask your assistance in providing us with the LATEST DATA on the number of licensed medical and allied health professionals, regardless of their position or designation, who are employed by your respective agency/office.
  
Kindly disaggregate your data according to current position, gender, age, and profession (doctor, nurse, midwife, medtech, psychologist, psychometrician, social worker, among others).

This information will be used to address the current challenges on Philippine health workforce. Thank you very much.

Pursuant to Republic Act No. 11223, otherwise known as the Universal Health Care Act, the Department of Health is working towards strengthening human resources for health (HRH) management through evidence-informed and data-driven policies and plans for Filipino health professionals in the country. To supplement the existing national HRH statistics in the Department’s repository and to address the current HRH-related challenges in the country, the requested information will be used to address the current challenges on Philippine health workforce.
