Good day! 

These are the facts related to our query

Our agency has received its "AUTHORITY TO IMPLEMENT" (ATI) on 3/23/22 and Board approved on 3/24/22, retroactively effective on 10/5/21. 

Question on Step increments: 

Prior to receipt of the ATI our agency has implemented step increments on December 2021. With the retroactive implementation of the CPCS should the grant of the step increment be revoked? what will be the rate used in the computation of the differential, is it the original rate before the increment?
