May we seek clarification below:
CPCS (Tier 5) - Div Chief =JG 12- P80,796 while SSL (2022 rate)- Div Chief= SG 24- P88,410.We believe CPCS goal is to make GOCCs competitive w/ private Sector& at par w/ SSL but the above shows Div'n Chief in SSL (SG24) is way higher than the CPCS(JG12). Many GOCCs are generating revenues but may we know why we are lower? Being said, we request your good office to reconsider & hope to adjust the rates of DivChief or its equivalent to be at par w/ SSL. Also, with SSL 2023, the Div Chief under JG 12 will only be equivalent to SG 23 in SSL.Hope for reconsideration
