Hi! I would like to request for the following information:

1. Age group and number of in-patients, out-patients, & emergency room patients from Region 4a, per province.
2. Average days of admission of patients from Region 4a
3. Causes of admission of patients from Region 4a
4. Financial statement;
5. Average bed occupancy of Region 4a patients & actual operating bed capacity;
6. Licensing procedure & standards;
7. Partnership procedures & protocols of the LCP with regional lung center;
8. Architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, & mechanical plans of the LCP.
