Hi would like to request to verify the status of the land of my great great grand father under Polencio Subaldo located at Brgy. Bagumbayan, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo.
1.  What are the documents needed if necessary, to process this verification?
2. Could I verify  to the nearest Branch of LRA near me?

Go first to the assessor of LGU to find out if there are properties under that name then request certified true copy of  the title in the RD.
