May I request for a reconsideration of my request for a copy of TCT-N-302521 Requested from LRA by Francisco Jacinto at 11:54 AM on Jun 18, 2019 with Tracking no: #LRA-973065574846 
We had earlier attempted to secure a copybut  was likewise denied by your Registration Information Officer  since we are not able to comply with the requirements for 
1.  Photocopy of the title
2.  Authorization letter  / ID from the owner
This means that the transaction is only possible for the owner. IAt this stage, I am not asking for a certified true copy of the title and merely to verify information.
