gusto kulang po sanang humingi ng dag dag kaalaman sa tamang pagpopreso at hakbang na dapat kong gawin tungkol sa lupang nabili ko na tanging deed of sale na nagkapirmahan sa barrangay ang hawak kong katibayan. nais ko po sanang mapa tituluhan to sa pangalan ko. anu po ba anv tamang hakbang na dapat kong gawin. at ofw po ako kamag anak ko po ang maglalakad ng pagpaparehistro may dapat pa ba akong ibigay na kaukulang documento maliban sa S.P.A.
