Good day,

May I request for a copy of the following Subdivision Plan (LRC) PSD-166349. I already requested at the Land Management Bureau but I was advised to request on your Office because LMB was razed by fire on May 28, 2018 my requested document may be included.

The said plan was approved by your Office so you might be keeping a copy. Thank you and hoping for your immediate action. Thanks.

Your concern can only be requested by walk-in or in person at LRA One-Stop-Shop windows 7 and 8. In your case, kindly ask someone to request it for you (SPA is not necessary).

For the technical description, kindly request at window 14, LRS-OSS
