Good day. I am Elaine Maglilong, a BS Architecture Student from De La Salle University–Dasmariñas. I would like to request the existing lot data of the Philippine Animal Welfare Society for my undergraduate thesis. I have already requested for tax declaration documents of the site from the Assessors Office however, it is unavailable from their database. With this may I ask for your assistance on how to secure the following?
1. Photocopy of TCT
2. Lot description

You may request copy of TCT in the Registry of Deeds where the property is located along with the authorization letter from the owner of the property.
With regards to the lot description, you may request said data from the DENR.
