Hi Sir/Madam,

I would like to check the validity of the land title 1513, Pl-687-D in the name of Lino Chancoco with the date July 6, 1982.  If these documents still falls into his name or no changes made.

I have a copy of the owners duplicate certificate and I'm planning to transfer the name into my accounts.
