December 6, 2022 Dear Ms. Lian, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 15, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for the number of overstaying prisoners in BJMP facilities, or the number of detainees who have been in the detention centres longer than their maximum penalty. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested.
