Good day!

I would like to get current data on the number of overstaying prisoners in BJMP facilities, or the number of detainees who have been in the detention centres longer than their maximum penalty.

If the Public Attorney's Office has a 10 year timeframe I would appreciate that too.

It will be used for media research and article.

You asked for the number of overstaying prisoners in BJMP facilities, or the number of detainees who have been in the detention centres longer than their maximum penalty.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested.  We'd like to forward your request directly to the proper agency but it appears that there is no such feature yet in the foi portal.
