Our group wants to know if your office holds any statistics of a successful conviction of a successful frustrated felony from 1901 until today. This is for Assistant Secretary Geronimo Sys class in Criminal Law 1 in Silliman University.

You asked for Statistics of a successful conviction of frustrated felony in the Philippines.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested.  Pls. be minded that the PAO does not have a record sucessful conviction for frustrated-stage criminal cases due to limitation in case management capacity.  However, you may wish to contact the Office of the Court Administrator of the Supreme Court  at +632 5236479, or through their website at https://oca.judiciary.gov.ph/.
