Hi PCG FOI Team,

1. Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd and Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH last October 2016 announced their jointly developed new H145//BK117 D-2 helicopter (BK117 D-2).

Have the PCG considered to take advantage of the JICA STEP loan (like the MSCIP Phase 1 and Phase 2) for the implementation of the "Maritime Disaster Response Helicopter Acquisition Project" / "Light to Medium Weight Search and Rescue (SAR) Helicopter" project using the BK117 D-2 helicopter model?
