Hi I would like to know the following for Architectural Thesis Research

1. Are there any rules to follow/laws to follow when building a sub-station/base?
2. Any requirements when building a base/sub-station?
3.The best area to place a base/sub-station?

Greetings! 

In regards with your request for information,

As per coordination with our Coast Guard Real Estate Management Office (CG REMO) the requirements and rules in building a base/ sub-stations depends on the provisions set by the municipality. 

Further, we  prefer that said bases/sub-stations must be stationed in strategic locations in order to fully implement all related maritime laws that we are tasked to enforce. However, as much as we what to established such in those locations, we still depend on the availability of land.
