1. I would like to know the status of this bill.
2. How long does it take for this bill in Congress to be approved or declined? Or how long does a house bill typically gets into third reading?
As what I understand, for a bill to become a law, a bill from Senate and Congress should be approved and submitted to the President. Senate Bill 1305 is now already approved on third hearing, so waiting on it's counterpart.
Thanks in advance. Looking forward of your update and for this bill to become a law.
Thanks and Best Regards,

Dear Vanessa Alia,
Thank you for your request dated Aug 02, 2017 07:25:47 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You asked for Status of House Bill/Resolution NO. HB04113.
Response to Request:
Your FOI request is approved.
We wish to inform you that as of House Bill No.4113 which consolidates various House Bills filed at the House of Representatives of the Philippines is still pending in plenary (for third reading) at the House of Representatives. A harmonized or common bill should be passed by both Senate and the House of Representatives before they, as one Congress transmits the harmonized bill to the Office of the President for approval. A bill only becomes a law once the President signs it into law; or in some cases, transmitted bills lapses into law if not acted upon by the President within 30 days from receipt.
For your future reference, here is a link to the website of the House of Representatives --> congress.gov.ph and use the search function of the site to get updates regarding pending bills at their level or you may open this link: http://www.congress.gov.ph/press/details.php?pressid=10080&key=maternity%20leave%20benefit .
