I just want to inform you that newspaper company Manila Bulletin always bullying the government and the president by making nonsense news topics and opinions.

I also want to include RJ Nieto of Thinking Pinoy and columnist of Manila Bulletin for disrespectful words on the other people.

My complaint to you very important. Thank you and stay safe always.

Thank you for your request dated September 24, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on the Freedom of Information (FOI) in the Executive Branch.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, your complaint against Manila Bulletin and one of its columnists, Mr. RJ Nieto, does not fall under the purview of the FOI. However, you may wish to send a complaint letter at info@pms.gov.ph for processing and endorsement to the concerned office. 

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Ferdinand B. Cui at info@pms.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this reply letter. We will complete the review and inform you the result of the review within 30 calendar days from the date when we received your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
