Thank you for your request dated September 24, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on the Freedom of Information (FOI) in the Executive Branch. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, your complaint against Manila Bulletin and one of its columnists, Mr. RJ Nieto, does not fall under the purview of the FOI. However, you may wish to send a complaint letter at firstname.lastname@example.org for processing and endorsement to the concerned office. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Ferdinand B. Cui at email@example.com.
