September 28, 2021 Dear Mr. Flores: We hope you and your family are safe and healthy during these challenging times. Thank you for your request dated September 24, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on the Freedom of Information (FOI) in the Executive Branch. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, your complaint against Manila Bulletin and one of its columnists, Mr. RJ Nieto, does not fall under the purview of the FOI. However, you may wish to send a complaint letter at info@pms.gov.ph for processing and endorsement to the concerned office. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Ferdinand B. Cui at info@pms.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this reply letter. We will complete the review and inform you the result of the review within 30 calendar days from the date when we received your review request.
