Hi! I would like to request checklist of requirements for Issuance of a Presidential proclamation, or a presidential directive.. 

I want you to teach me how a citizen can ask the president to proclaim or reserve a land.. I need steps and instructions to follow..

I also want you to instruct  how a citizen can ask the President to issue a directive  .. specifically to submit a report to the President regarding the Slum Improvement Resettlement Project of CEbu CITY..

After which, I will ask from you the copy of SIR report submitted to President.Thanks

Dear Ms. Darza:

This refers to your request sent through the eFOI portal on 15 December 2018 for a checklist of documentary requirements on the issuance of a Presidential proclamation on land reservation. You also sought guidance relative to the issuance of a Presidential directive on the submission of a report on the Slum Improvement and Resettlement Project in Cebu City.

Please be informed that our office does not have the requested information. In this regard, we have referred your request relative to the issuance of a proclamation on land reservation to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) - Land Management Bureau (LMB) for appropriate action. The said Bureau is responsible for administering, surveying, managing and disposing alienable and disposable lands and other government lands not placed under the jurisdiction of other government agencies. As advised by LMB, you may directly coordinate with their office through the following:
