Hi!

I would like get the official English version of annual SONA made by living presidents as of date (i.e., from Ramos 1992 SONA to Duterte's SONA in 2020) 

I tried to look into official gazette but unfortunately I was not able to get the latest speeches of PDuterte as well as the official English version of PErap and PNoy. I also made the similar request to PCOO but the office said that they do not hold such information and forwarded me to PMS instead.

Hope you can provide me the information.
