Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I humbly request to transfer my husband, PCpl Elmer G. Hidalgo, to San Manuel MPS, Tarlac PPO. He is currently assigned at PRO-COR, Lagayan MPS, Abra PPO, and renders his duty as a faithful and diligent police officer for 5 and a half years now after his Public Safety Training Program. We request due to our family's need for his immediate care and assistance as I am the only one taking care of our 3-year-old daughter. Please help us reach out to the DPRM regarding our request. Your approval would mean a lot to our family. Thank you so much and God bless you.
