I would like to kindly request for the following data/s:

•	Site Criteria of seaport passenger terminal 
•	Data/s on future developments e.g. considerations on proposing new developments, list on locations for for future developments, possible funds for such projects, minimum number of passengers for the feasibility of the proposed seaport passenger terminal etc. 
•	Port Statistics on Passenger Traffic
•	2018 Annual Report

The purpose of the said data/s will be able to help me in selecting the most suitable site for my thesis proposal regarding Seaport Passenger Terminal Building.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information regarding port statistics on passenger traffic and Highlights of Accomplishments for CY 2018 at http://www.ppa.com.ph/annual-statistical-report-by-year-vol-1 and http://www.ppa.com.ph/sites/default/files/transparency_docs/Highlights_of_CY_2018_Acco.pdf, respectively. It is informed that a copy of the CY 2018 Annual Report is yet to be posted.

For your request for site selection criteria for passenger terminal, while you have uploaded a copy of your identification card, kindly submit the following at foi1@ppa.com.ph in order for us to process your request:  (1) duly accomplished and signed Access to Information Request form (available online at:  http://www.ppa.com.ph/sites/default/files/forms_downloadable/Revised%20Access%20to%20Information%20Request%20Form.pdf); and (2) school indorsement stating that you are currently enrolled for the semester and the purpose of the request. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
