Greetings!

I would like to request a copy of PRA's ECC and EIS issued by the DENR-EMB for its Seabed Quarry Project in San Nicolas Shoal, as well as the Government Seabed Quarry Permit issued by the MGB for the San Nicolas Shoal.

We will be using the available information in our geological and impacts study/research within Manila Bay.

Thank you for your consideration.
