Good day! I sent emails starting from 20th April to car.fad@prc.gov.ph and technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph asking for assistance regarding the correction of my name in my online profile for my PRC license renewal. I repeatedly mentioned in my emails that I cannot process it personally for I am currently working overseas that is why I am asking for their kind assistance but I haven’t received any response from them.
