This is to request the transfer of my Certificate of Registration (COR) for Landscape Architecture (License No. 0000474).

PRC PRD confirmed that the COR is mailed to PRC Lucena last April 21, 2022. Requesting advise from PRC Lucena, if my COR is available and if it can be transferred to PRC Robinsons Dasmariñas Place.
