I CHARIDEL S. SALANGA, brother of ALMA GRACE S. SALANGA, wish to request  to change her email address (salanga_almagrace@gmail.com) that I used during the registration in LERIS because it is INACTIVE. Her active email address is almagrace.sangalangsalanga@gmail.com

I emailed technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph last April 2023 but have not received response. 

Please help po.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, please be informed that we do not accept third party requests for resetting of email/password for security reasons. In this regard, kindly advise her to personally message us or the technical assistance at technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph using her personal email address with regards to her concern together with her PRC ID and 1 VALID ID with her date of birth.
