Hi.

I would like to request assistance in following up PRC regarding with my request through their technical assistance. My request to PRC is in line with the Records Mismatched error, occurred during creation of transaction. 

I already sent an email and provided my details to their technical assistance, PRC Lucena and technical concern email address,  but no reply yet as of this writing. I am afraid that I cant attend an online oath taking this May 25 due to this problem.
